Who is The Formula for Food Freedom, Online Course for? 


This course is for anyone who has been impacted by diet culture. Regardless if you have dieted or not, your food choices, nutrition knowledge and thoughts about food and your body have likely been influenced by diet culture.


This course is designed to remove you from diet culture (as much as possible) and allow you to get back to your innate intuitive eating roots. 


What will I achieve with this course? 


Some of the many outcomes you may achieve with the guidance of this course include: 


  • Get out of the cycle of dieting, unnecessary food restriction and food rules

  • Get back in touch with your body cues

  • Decrease overeating, intense cravings and food guilt

  • Understand what it means to fuel your body properly 

  • Live a life in which your diet, exercise routine and body image don’t interfere with daily living

How long will I have access to this course?


Lifetime access. You will have access to the course as long as the course exists and is available for purchase! This also includes any potential new additions/offers that are added to the course in the future.


Does this course include private nutrition coaching with a dietitian?


No it does not, this course is completely self-led. If you prefer to have individualized support check out my 1:1 nutrition coaching services. When you sign up for my 1:1 package this course is also provided to you free of cost! 


Can I get this course covered by insurance? 


Depends! Some insurance companies only provide coverage for 1:1 dietitian support. Though, some also have additional health spendings accounts which may cover courses. Check with your insurance company!


Will I learn about intuitive eating? 


Of course! Ultimately, intuitive eating is the way to food freedom. All principles of intuitive eating are incorporated within this course in some way, shape or form.


Is this course for me if I have a health condition (i.e. diabetes, heart disease, celiac disease, irritable bowel disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.)?


Regardless of your health condition, everyone deserves to find food freedom. Intuitive eating plays an important role in improving health/health conditions and does not discount the need for medical nutrition therapy.


However, this course will NOT go into detail for any specific health condition. If your main concern is getting a health condition under control I suggest you check out my 1:1 services. If your main priority is finding food freedom then this course is for you! 


How  long does it take to complete this course?


The course is broken up to be completed over a 10-week period. Each week consists of various short video lessons (most videos are under 10 minutes, with the longer ones at 10 minutes or slightly above). It is self-paced so you can work through it as fast or slow as you desire! Though I do recommend sticking to the suggested timeline for best results!


What’s all included in this course? 


This course consists of a variety of video modules, supporting resources and suggested action steps all to help you achieve optimal outcomes. 


Can dietitians or other health professionals take this course?


Absolutely. While this course is geared toward the consumer and not specifically designed for health professionals, it is still a great way to learn more about intuitive eating and food freedom, allowing you to better support your own clients (as well as yourself). 


The more health professionals that start practicing with a non-diet, weight inclusive lens, the better!
